By using BizScout (bizscout.pro), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizScout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BizScout provides a business search tool that allows users to find business contact information from publicly available sources. The service is provided for legitimate business purposes such as lead generation, market research, and business development.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
• One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Single Search (£0.99): One-time payment for one full search result. No account required. Payment processed via PayPal.
• Pro Access (£4.99/month): Monthly recurring subscription providing 50 searches per month. Requires account registration.

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

5. Subscription Terms

• Pro Access subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of your paid period after cancellation
• Unused searches do not roll over to the next month
• No refunds for partial months or unused searches, except where required by law

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once a search has been performed. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion if:

• There was a technical error preventing service delivery
• The service did not function as described
• Required by applicable consumer protection law

Refund requests should be made within 14 days of purchase to hello@vyza.dev.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the data obtained in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, PECR, etc.)
• Resell or redistribute the data without our permission
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws

8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

Business information is sourced from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying information before use
• Ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws
• Obtaining any necessary consents before contacting businesses

9. Intellectual Property

BizScout and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BizScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of the data obtained

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Any unused subscription period is forfeited
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days notice via email or website notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
